Community Unites to Speak to Alternative School Students

On November 19th, Take It By Force Ministries led by Alea Rogers went into the Greenwood Alternative School to speak students about the life, the value of education, and opportunities available to them to help them succeed. Among the speakers were Truth (Gospel Rapper), Simone Bryant (Gospel Rapper), Tennessee Suicide Awareness, and Richard “Reason” Garrett with the LEAP ORG. Testimonies were given and an opportunity extended to the students to join the LEAP Intern program which provided free mentoring, tutoring, and scholarships as well as allows students to intern for businesses to learn a trade.
