About Rhonda

Experienced in career counseling, Rhonda has lead groups and advised individuals in preparing for or enhancing their career transitions
and life paths.

Over 18 years in the mainstream employment sector and 12 years as an entrepreneur, she has experienced many of the joys and pitfalls associated with both entities. Rhonda has always been interested in what other people had to say about their work or activities. When she did not have the answers, she sought out the people who did. She continues this process now, realizing that she is not the only one dealing with the same issues of maintaining hope and determination while overcoming self-defeating fears in her personal and professional life.

Her life has been an ongoing lesson on life. What she used to consider failed attempts at various ventures, she realized was a preparation for something greater….assisting others with their career and life journey. Once Rhonda changed her way of thinking about life, family and career, he goals and priorities shifted for the better. Her family and friends saw a positive change which helped them have a better view on life.

Many of us have had big dreams for our futures. However, life may have taken you on other paths. The deep seated desires she had as a child stayed with her and no matter what happened, she leaned on her faith that one day she would realize how to get to where she has always wanted to go. Overcoming her obstacles.

As children, we had a more pure mindset and BIG dreams. Rhonda’s belief is that no matter how old you are, it’s never too late to pursue your dreams and live your purpose. No matter the age, she asks her clients,
“What do you want to be when you grow up?”
That question alone creates a new and more positive mindset that then allows a breakdown of all types of roadblocks to success. Starting from scratch.

Some of the common issues that she sees among other job seekers, entrepreneurs and individuals alike, are the benefits of effective networking, tools to maintain or improve their performance. The primary issue is the crippling effects of various roadblocks to success. Although there are alot of ways to promote and improve yourself, but to first recognize and overcome your roadblocks is essential in every aspect of your life.
